Fees & Charges for Investors & Developers
1. Land & Property Acquisition Service:
Fees are 3% of the purchase price, plus an initial search fee of £2500 paid in advance – subject to a minimum fee of £25,000. – We are currently oversubscribed for this service – please email email@example.com and insert your name on the waiting list.
2. Development Management:
Fees are 3% of the estimated GDV figure – subject to a minimum fee of £25,000.
10% of fee paid on instruction
25% of fee paid on first building regulation inspection sign off and or funds stage sign off
65% paid on completion of works – We are currently oversubscribed for this service – please email firstname.lastname@example.org and insert your name on the waiting list.
3. Portfolio Asset Disposal Service by Joint Agency:
Fees are 3% of the sold price and a non-refundable marketing fee of £500 per unit paid upfront which includes pre-marketing research – subject to a minimum fee of £25,000 per development.
4. Property Due Diligence (PDD) for Investors and Developers:
Verbal PDD Service: Desktop Research with Verbal Opinion to include opinion on Estimated Finance Cost, Estimated Works Cost, Estimated Sale & Rentals and potential gain achievable from planning gain and or PD. Fees are charged at a fixed fee of £1250 and paid on instruction which includes 30 minutes of questions and answers on delivery. If any of the other services are used, this fee will be refunded on completion of the transaction.
5. Property Consulting Fees for Investors & Developers:
£250 p/h paid in advance subject to a minimum fee of £500.
